The kick-off event of the Twinning Project “Strengthening Administrative Capacities in Information Society – Management Support to the Ministry for eGovernance Development” was held in Podgorica (Montenegro) to the  Ministry for Information Society and Telecommunica

Three experts from FormezPA - of whom two are of Italian nationality and one of Serbian nationality – conducted the training during the 4-day workshop, and dealt with various subjects related to the difficulties and to the opportunities deriving from Community programming.
