NAMIBIA - Support to Performance Management System

The overall objective of the project is to ensure efficient and effective public service delivery, which sets the objective of developing diversified, competent and highly productive human resources and institutions, fully utilising human potential and achieving efficient and effective service delivery which are competitive not only nationally but also regionally and internationally. In particular, the project aims at supporting the Prime Minister’s Office  to implement an efficient and effective Performance Management System across Offices/Ministries/Agencies and Regional Councils in Namibia.
