CROATIA - Support to the Implementation of the General Administrative Procedures Act

General Objectives
The overall objective of the Project is as follows:

  • To support the Republic of Croatia in further enhancement of reliable, open, transparent and client-oriented public administration as a constituent part of a good business environment contributing to the assurance of the better standard of all citizens.

 The purpose of this contract is as follows:

  • To ensure sustained institutional and professional capacities for efficient implementation of the new General Administrative Procedures Act (GAPA) at all levels of public administration, as well as to raise public awareness of citizens on issues related to GAPA.


Expected Results
The project is divided into three components and the results to be achieved are: 

  • Result of Component I: The administrative capacity of MoPA with regard to the implementation of GAPA improved
  • Result of Component II: Training programme on GAPA developed and implemented
  • Result of Component III: Public awareness-raising campaign on GAPA designed and implemented
