Province of Benevento. Third Lab on Motivational and Strategic Aspects of the International Activities

The lab to be held in Benevento on 14 December 2011 will concern the following themes:

Discussion and proposals of integration/amendment to the strategic objectives and completion of the objective tree for all areas (or macroareas) identified by Lab 2
Completion of the intervention logic and definition of the activity plan: indicators and verification sources
Analysis of the strategies identified
Closing of the lab, commitments in view of the next meeting
