Province of Avellino. Lab on Motivational and Strategic Aspects of the International Activities

The Lab to be held to the Province of Avellino on 20 December 2011 aims at the following:

• Introducing the GOPP methodology - Goal Oriented Project Planning, a participative approach which has been used by the European Commission since the eighties for formulating projects/programmes/strategies in consistency with the problems emerged in the cotext of reference
• Encouraging active participation of provincial officials. During the lab, FormezPA experts will act as facilitators of the process while strategic priorities will emerge from the direct contribution of participants
• Division of the goal trees as regards the macro-areas of international opening, which graphically represent the relations cause-effect between goals
