Province of Messina. Third Lab: Motivational and Strategic Aspects of the International Acitivity

The third lab to be held to the Province of Messina on 17 and 18 January 2012, will be organized as follows:

17 January 2012:

• discussion and proposals of integration/change of the strategic goals for all Logical Frameworks and areas (or macroareas) identified
• completion of the Logical Frameworks with indicators, sources of verification and external conditions
• discussion on the previous experiences gained by the Province in international projects, so as to elaborate a short curriculum of the body

18 January 2012:

• presentation of the Index of the draft strategic plan for the international opening of the Province of Messina
• identification of the usefeul elements for defining the Province's vision and mission
• definition of the commitments in the light of the closing meeting of the First Cycle of Laboratories
