Cultural Heritage - Session 4. Project Work

Together with the session on Project Work, the training programme of the guide-line Cultural Heritage for the Montenegro Public Administration, has concluded. The final session of the Project Work was dedicated to the realization of a project concept shared by the participants which was developed in accordance to the ""Logical Framework"", a key characteristic of the Project Cycle Management (PCM) methods. At the end of the course, a one-week internship was organized for a restricted number of participants (one or two from each of the 4 countries). The internship was held in the offices of the Italian Ministry for Cultural Heritage and in other public or private bodies which operate in the cultural sector. The internship aimed at outlining and sharing the concept developed by each of the 4 countries in view of the possible project partnerships with the Italian entities in the ambit of the financing opportunities promoted by the European Union and other international organizations.
