Protected Areas - Project work: Form the Logical Framework to Territorial Analysis

From September 5th to 7th 2007, the second module of the training course on Management of Protected Areas for the Public Administration of Montenegro was held in Cetinje. The programme provided an introduction to Project Cycle Management (PCM) methods, edited by Silvia Fracchia from Formez. Experts from the Italian Ministry of the Environment and the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR) were invited with the aim of presenting EU funding programmes and opportunities for collaboration. The thematic expert of whom Formez makes use of for the training modules on Protected Areas of Montenegro is Mr. Francesco Silvestri from Eco&Eco srl.. Durata: 3 days
