Civil Protection - Workshop

The Workshop – at national level – is aimed at the realization of a secondment activity for the Ministry of the Defence, Department of Civil Protection as well as the directors from the various ministries who are committed to carrying out their roles in civil protection interventions (Fire Brigade, Army, Police, Healthcare, etc.) and the representative associations of local entities. The objective of the Workshop is to study the perspectives for the development of the Serbian Civil Protection structure through the assessment of possible solutions and experiences both of bordering countries and EU countries. All of this is to be undertaken by considering the Serbian experiences and the general approach that Serbia has always had when facing emergency situations with a particular view to the competencies of local administrations on emergency situations. Case studies will be presented in order to identify priorities and criticalities. The Workshop was organized in two 5 day-modules. The first module was held on September 5th and 6th, while the second module took place on September 12th, 13th and 14th. Durata: 5 days
