Approval of the projects presented to CIM and Diffusion of the Opinions issued by the Technical Evaluation Unit

On November 29th 2006, the Steering and Monitoring Committee of the Support Programme for Regional Cooperation approved the 14 projects presented by the leading regions in the ambit of the Framework Programme Agreement Mediterranean and welcomed the Opinions issued by the Technical Evaluation Unit. The projects approved by the FPA Mediterranean are 8 (and 17 sub-projects). The financial resources available for the FPA Mediterranean amount to 15 million euros coming from the FAS Fund, and have been allocated for the presented projects. Each project foresees co-financing from the regions involved by up to 15%. In total, the FPA Mediterranean resources amount to 17,250,000 euros. Within the FPA Mediterranean, the Sardinia, Puglia and Campania regions were leading entities for twice each while the Piemonte, Sicily and Basilicata regions, once each. Durata: days
