The First Training Course in 2008 for the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Trade Concluded Successfully

The fourth training course for Chinese civil servants was realized in collaboration with the China Association for International Exchange of Personnel (CAIEP).
The course was held at the Formez Head Quarters in Rome (Italy) by Mr. Raffaele Di Nardo, Vice-President of Formez. The two-day course was organized and carried out by Mr. Luciano Onesti from the Formez branch in Naples, an expert in Italian agricultural matters as well as by international experts in this field.
Formez has organized training courses for the RPC Delegations on various subjects regarding the Public Administration since July, when the first course with a focus on training, improvement and classification of the Public Administration Personnel, was held.
The second course on “Prevention and Control on Sanitary Emergencies” took place on September 12th and 13th. On this occasion, teachers and experts from the Ministry of Civil Defence and the Ministry of Health were also present.
In September 2007, Formez welcomed two important delegations: on September 24th, the ERDOS delegation, the most important electric power company in Mongolia led by the General Manager was received by Mr. Carlo Conte, Deputy General Manager of Formez. The meeting aimed at outlining the Italian experience gained in liaisons between industry and the market.
On September 25th, a Delegation from the Shanghai Municipality led by the General Manager of the Personnel Department met Mr. Giulio Artegiani, Head of the Department of International Relations of Formez. This meeting focussed on various themes: management of human resources, life-long training, career development and bonuses for personnel.
In November, a course on agricultural matters entitled “European and Italian Cereal Production in the 27 EU Countries” was held by Mr. Luciano Onesti who also dealt  with the organisation.
As evidence of the excellent work carried out by Formez with regard to the cooperation with several Chinese Public Administrations, two other  courses will be organized in the near future.
