Seminar: Italy in the Mediterranean. Cooperation Planning and Instruments.

     
“Italy in the Mediterranean: Cooperation Planning and Instruments” is the title of the seminar which was held on Tuesday, March 18th from 9.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. at the Ara Pacis Congress Hall in Rome. The Sardinia region (Regione Sardegna) in collaboration with the Technical Assistance of the International Activities Office of Formez adn Formed organized the event on the European Neighbourhood Policy Instruments directed to the Ambassadors from the South Mediterranean countries in Italy and the Italian regions.
The seminar has been included in the “Programme of Empowerment for Southern Italian Public Administrations” under which Formez has been assigned the realization of the intervention guide-line "Support to Southern Italian Regional PAs in the field of Training for Civil Servants on Activities of Liaison and Common Actions with the European Union, International Bodies and Third Countries” by the Department for Public Administration. In particular, this initiative can be classified under a specific project whose general objective is to stregthen dialogue and collaboration with the MEDA area.
