MALTA - Establishment of the Sis II Regulation – Assistance to the Transfer of Data from Sisone4all to Sis II
General objective:
The acknowledgement of the Council decision by Malta on the establishment, management and adoption of the second generation Schengen Information System (SIS II).
Specific objectives:
To assist and facilitate the flow of data and information from the SISone4All System to the SIS II System by the SIRENE office, so as to align the SIRENE office in Malta to the resolutions of Council Directive 95/46/EC and (EC) regulation N° 45/2001.
