Training speaks Chinese: Formez and CNSA signed a Memorandum of Understanding
16/01/2006: Formez and CNSA (Chinese National School of Administration) signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Beijing on January 16th which builds strong bonds between the two training institutes in terms of exchange and scientific cooperation especially among the provincial agencies located throughout the territory.
The Italian delegation in China was composed of Mr Carlo Conte, Deputy General Manager of Formez, Mr Giulio Artegiani, Head of the Department of International Projects of Formez, Mr Salvatore Marras, Head of the Department of Knowledge Management of Formez, and Ms Vincenza Lo Monaco, Diplomatic Councillor of Mr Mario Baccini, Minister for Public Administration.
The MOU was signed by Mr Carlo Conte, Deputy General Manger of Formez, who promoted the initiative, and by Mr Yuan Shuhong, CNSA Deputy Chairman. The agreement was the result of a mission undertaken in the People’s Republic of China which took place in September 2005 and during which the content of document was defined. Through the agreement, the institute will be able to increasingly play a key role in the activities of assistance to the process of economic and social reform in China.
The “International Forum on E-learning” held in Beijing from January 13th to 15th, was organized in the ambit of the China-CEPA project. On behalf of Formez, Mr Salvatore Marras outlined the online training activities carried out by Formez.
