Twinning Turkey. Formez has been awarded a New Project on Research

Formez has been awarded a new Twinning Project in Turkey, namely TR/08/IB/FI/02: "Improving data quality in public accounts".
The project is led by Turkey's State General Accounting Department and Italy's Ministry of the Economy and Finance as well as the General Department of Public Accounts of the Turkish counterpart as the second beneficiary.
The activities will last for 18 months with a total budget of 1.575.000 euros and aim at enhancing the level of transparency and responsibility in the financial management of the Turkish State by improving the quality of the data produced by the public accounts system.
The project activities will be implemented by experts from the State General Accounting Department, while Formez will deal with the organization of the training activities for the Turkish Ministry of Finance officials, with the organizational coordination of the activities and with the financial management of the project.
