PON GAS – Hub&Spoke System

General objectives: 
The Department for Public Administration through Priority E – Institutional Capacity – of PON Governance and System Actions, intends to support the administrations performing for the pursuit of 2007-2013 NSF objectives with the activation of system actions aiming at producing long-term results and core improvements of the administrative and institutional capacity by defining and sharing methods, standard approaches and operational instruments. 

Clientele/final beneficiaries:
The project beneficiaries are Italy's Ob. Convergence administrations.

Actions:
The project implies one system action specifically aimed at metropolitan cities and areas and directed to the growth of competences, institutional building and the development of processes, methods, instruments and relationship systems leading to a “structured” participation by the beneficiary administrations in international cooperation interventions, in consistency with the related strategy of territorial development through the use of financial and technical resources.
The project will focus of two key topics: Culture and its implications in terms of territorial enhancement and competitiveness, and Innovation and eGovernment set under specific policies.
