Medium-term objectives:
Consolidating administrative capacity, in particular at level of the Commission for the Protection of Competition (CPC), so that it correctly applies the acquis communautaire on anti-trust laws to prepare the Bulgarian CPC for the EU internal market.
 
Actions:

  • CPC staff who are able to work independently and at top level in order to ensure compliance with the Bulgarian acquis communautaire on anti-trust laws and their direct enforcement
  • Methods of staff participation in the cooperation mechanisms of the European Commission
  • CPC role for the diffusion of competitiveness and its promotion in a strengthened Bulgarian economic environment
  • Management systems for Human Resources and Knowledge Management inside the consolidated CPC
