BULGARIA - Preparing for Future Management of Human Resources Development Operational Programme

 
Medium-term objectives:
To prepare the Bulgarian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, in particular EFIPPD (International Programmes and Projects Directorate for the European Funds) to play the role of MA of the operational programme “Development of Human Resources” by ensuring efficient management, implementation and monitoring of the programme. To consolidate the institutional capacities and the delegation of responsibilities by involving Intermediate Bodies, Employment Agencies, Social Services Agencies, Ministry for Education and Science and other designated institutions.
Actions:
Assistance to the MA and Intermediate Bodies in the management of the HRD OP

• Preparation of institutional structures
• Preparation of control, evaluation and information systems
• Preparation of qualitative and quantitative management and control systems
• Identification and training of the institutions responsible for tender procedures screening and contracting, in order to ensure a selection of value added projects
