Medium-term objectives:

  •  To foster the modernization of the Bulgarian PA in order to reach the reliability standards which distinguish the European Administrative Policies
  •  To assist the ministry in developing and strengthening its administrative capacities for the monitoring, control and evaluation of the Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity” through direct support to the appointed Managing Authority
