Medium –term objectives

To prepare the Directorate Cohesion Policy for Environment (CPED) for the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources (MOEW) in order to cover the role of Managing Authority of the Operational Programme “Environment” 2007–2013 by strengthening its capacity in programming, implementation, management, financial management and control, monitoring and evaluation.

Actions

  • Completion of the programme for the Managing Authority of OPE
  • Training of personnel from the organizations involved - MA OPE and IB staff
  • Establishment and activation of the Monitoring Committee for the OPE
  • Development of the managerial capacities of the parties involved
