BULGARIA - Strengthening the Capacity of the Ministry of State Administration and Administrative Reform for Quality Management

 
Medium-term objectives:
 
To promote the Bulgarian State Administration and its modernization to increase user satisfaction. To diffuse an administrative system which is modern and customer-friendly to meet citizens’ expectations and EU demands.
The project has the following specific objectives:

•  To improve and assist the ministry administrative capacity in disseminating, implementing and monitoring the CAF as Quality Management System
• To enhance the Self-assessment System in view of a better evaluation of administration development, improved capacity of exchange between administrations and indicators of user satisfaction.
