ROMANIA - Strengthening the School of Public Finance

Medium-term objectives:

To continue the development of the legal framework and the administrative capacity for strengthening public finance management.
 
Actions:
·         definition of a long-term training strategy
·         draft of the legal regulations which will enable the SoPFC to realize paid training courses for external clients from the private sector with the appropriate investment of these funds
·         elaboration and implementation of certification and control procedures for the training activities
·         performance indicators on quality and quantity of training
·         definition of the professional competencies for those involved in the training process by determining tasks, know-how and skills according to the job descriptions
·         templates created for course curricula, standards for consultation and subscription to training programmes
·         specialized training in the fields related to the identified topics and European legislation and best practices
