SUPPORT PROGRAMME FOR REGIONAL COOPERATION- SUBPROGRAMME SOUTHERN-MEDITERRANEAN COUNTRIES – DGMM

Objectives:
The project aims to strengthen the processes for decentralized cooperation between Italian regions and the Southern-Mediterranean countries by promoting initiatives to support the internationalization of economic, social, cultural and institutional systems.

Actions:

·         To identify and strengthen the competencies of regional civil servants in order to support decentralized cooperation processes, territorial partnerships and to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to sustain the regions
·         To support regional capacities to establish cooperation relations with particular attention on the organization of specific events, meetings and seminars with foreign partners
·         To plan and implement a data bank of the initiatives promoted by the regions on cooperation and partnership, orientation and competencies
