ITALY - An "Expert System" for Managing Knowledge and Learning

 
 
To support, facilitate and accelerate the transition of the Directorate General of Cooperation for Development from the Administrative Management of interventions to the Governance of the objectives and policies of these interventions by forming a joint expert system for the organization and management of know-how.
Actions:
In order to achieve better integration and a broader harmonization between policies, plans and projects which the European Union has developed on cooperation and development, and the interventions on DGCS subjects and countries, the following actions will be carried out:

•  Identification and assessment of procedures and the methods of intervention in force throughout the European Union
• Monitoring of the facilities proposed by the European Union
• Assessment of the EU guide-lines of intervention on cooperation and development
• Monitoring of the intervention priorities organized by subject and country
• Assessment of the possibilities to harmonize EU initiatives and DGCS activities on the various dedicated and geographical scenarios
• Structured and continuous updating of the interventions regarding procedures, methods, facilities, guide-lines and EU priorities on cooperation and development
