THE SYRIAN ARAB REPUBLIC - Institutional Modernisation and capacity Building
Medium –term objectives:
The project aims to support the modernization process in the Syrian Arab Republic in line with the Barcelona Treaty on cooperation between the EU and Syria.
In particular:
- To support the 3 central Syrian economic agencies (Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economy and Commerce, State Committee for Planning) in modernizing economic policies
- To support the process of institutional modernization and the mentality of the Syrian economic and political top management class as well as civil society in general
