ARGENTINA - Strategic Plan for the Central Region

 
Objectives:
 
The general objective of the project is to provide the CFI with a diagnosis of the potential for the development of the region and to prepare an operational plan aimed at all the bodies involved in order to trigger those mechanisms for establishing cooperation among the three provinces of Entre Rios, Cordoba and Santa Fe.
 
Actions:

•  Identification of the development guide-lines for the regional production systems as well as strengths and weaknesses in order to define the development priorities included in the operational plan
• Drafting an operational plan on those topics with regard to the infrastructure and ICT
•  Evaluation of the potential development of the new markets in the Latin-American and international scenario
•  Identification of common policies adopted by various territorial development agencies in order to harmonize the intervention with the local development agencies of the region
• Involvement of all the public and private beneficiaries in order to utilize existing cooperation relationships and establish new ones by strengthening and consolidating
