On June 17 2009 in Zagreb, the Final Conference under the Twinning Project Coratia "Preparing the Establishment of the S.I.R.E.N.E. Office" will be held for the officials of the Croatian and Italian Ministries of the Interior.

From June 3 to 5 2009 to the Italian Ministry of the Interior in Rome, the second study visit under the Twinning Project Croatia "Preparing the Establishment of the S.I.R.E.N.E. Office" is being held. The beneficiaries of this activity are 2 officials from the Croatian Ministry of the Interior.

From 9 to 13 march 2009, the study visit of the delegation from the Croatian Ministry of the Interior will be held in Rome. The 5-day visit will focus on International Police Cooperation Service and will include practical experiences with the assistance of the Italian Carabinieri force.

Protected Areas- Managing Protected Areas
The training course on the thematic guide-lines for Protected Areas in the ambit of the Balkans 2 project was embarked on in Sali, on the island of Dugi Otok in Croatia. The beneficiaries of the activities are officials and executives from the central and local Croatian Public Administrations involved in the management of Protected Areas.
