The project aimed at supporting the process of modernisation of the Civil Aviation Authority of Albania in compliance with the European regulation framework.

The Twinning Project between Italy and Albania on safety and capacity building on airworthiness, flight and grant operations, license management and reporting, which started up on 15 September 2010, lasted for 30 months and will conclude with the final conference. The closing event will be held on 7 March 2013 in Tirana.

The lab to be held to the Province of Lecce on 10 May, will aim at understanding with the participants, how much the current organizational set-up of the administration is adequate to the promotion of international activities and to the achievement of the objectives of internationalization identified by the strategic plan.

The general objective of the project is to foster the social and economic development of Albania also by updating the standards on safety, in line with the European regulation framework, as well as the improvement of human resources’ skills on airworthiness, flight and grant operations, license management and reporting.

Over the last few weeks, the closing activities of the Project Twinning Light Capacity Building of the Directorate for CIPS <

From September 25th to October 1st in Cagliari, the study visit of the delegation of the Polish Ministry of Government Finance was held. The delegation visited the premises of the Municipality and Province of Cagliari as well as of the Region of Sardinia.

In conclusion of the training course started in June 2007 under the guide-line Management of Protected Area - Balkans 2 Project "Development and Strengthening of Local and Central Public Administrations", Formez has implemented a one-week internship in Italy for functionaries and executives from the Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatian, Macedonian and Montenegro Public Administrations

In conclusion of the training course of the guide-line Cultural Heritage - Balkans 2 Project "Development and Strengthening of Local and Central Public Administrations " financed by Law 84 of 2001 - Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Formez organized a study tour to Italy for a restricted numebr of functionaries and executives from the Croatian, Macedonian, Montenegro and Serbian Minis

It contains the guidelines, produced  to update the professional skills of the Information and Publicity Staff city  of the "Development of Huan Resources Operational Programme" within the "Twinning project" with the Ministry of Labour.
 

The fifth module of the basic course held in Macedonia was dedicated to the assessment of emergency facilities with particular reference to the Coc and Com functions, the integrated national model and the functions of support. Furthermore, attention was focussed on the communications and coordination procedures for local Public Administrations and central Government.

From November 7 to 9 2007 in Strumica, the last module of the training course of the guide-line Cultural Heritage directed to the officials from the Macedonian Ministry of Cultural Heritage will be held. The final session of the Project Work conducted by the expert Mr.

The seminary ""Italian Public Administrations' projects: e-Work in progress "" took place on the 6th October 2004, at the CNEL of Rome in the Library Room for the first ""Technical assistance"" step's closure, third step of the project ""A Changing Public Work: e-Work"".

From November 7th and 9th, 2007 in Ohrid, the last module of the training course of the Guide-line Cultural Heritage was directed to the officials from the Macedonian Ministry for Cultural heritage.

From October 15th to 18th in Prilep, 2007 the third module of the training course in the ambit of the guide-line Cultural Heritage for the Macedonian Public Administration took place. Session 3 was divided into two parts: - Session III.1, October 15th to 16th. Integration between cultural heritage and related sectors, namely environment, tourism, handicrafts and local products.

The information day focused on the application of principles of budgeting and problem-solving to specific projects and the rules applicable to directly managed Community prorammes and the projects which are co-financed by the European Social Fund and the European Fund of Regional Development.

From September 18th to 21st, 2007 in Cetinje (Montenegro), the third module of the training course in the ambit of the guide-line Cultural Heritage for the Montenegro Public Administration, was held. Session III was divided into two parts: - Session III.1, September 18th and 19th. Integration between cultural heritage and related sectors: environment, tourism, handicrafts and local products.

The third module of the civil protection course. The themes dealt with in the two day-course will be Cycle Project Management, prevision and prevention in civil protection. Durata: 2 days

From November 12th to 14th in Ohrid, the training course for the Guide-line Protected Areas in the ambit of the Balkans 2 Project was concluded in Macedonia. The fourth module was dedicated to the completion of the final project work which was realized through the close and active collaboration between participants and Italian experts.
