The closing event will be held on 7 March 2013 in Tirana.

The Twinning Project between Italy and Albania on safety and capacity building on airworthiness, flight and grant operations, license management and reporting, which started up on 15 September 2010, lasted for 30 months and will conclude with the final conference. The closing event will be held on 7 March 2013 in Tirana.
Second Lab of the Third Project Phase "Analysis of the Organizational Set-up and Suggestion for Improving"
The lab to be held to the Province of Lecce on 10 May, will aim at understanding with the participants, how much the current organizational set-up of the administration is adequate to the promotion of international activities and to the achievement of the objectives of internationalization identified by the strategic plan.

Study Visit of the Polish Delegation from the Ministry of Government Finance
From September 25th to October 1st in Cagliari, the study visit of the delegation of the Polish Ministry of Government Finance was held. The delegation visited the premises of the Municipality and Province of Cagliari as well as of the Region of Sardinia.
Protected Areas - Internship in Italy for Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia and Montenegro

Civil Protection - Macedonia - Fifth Module of the Basic Course
The fifth module of the basic course held in Macedonia was dedicated to the assessment of emergency facilities with particular reference to the Coc and Com functions, the integrated national model and the functions of support. Furthermore, attention was focussed on the communications and coordination procedures for local Public Administrations and central Government.

From October 15th to 18th in Prilep, 2007 the third module of the training course in the ambit of the guide-line Cultural Heritage for the Macedonian Public Administration took place. Session 3 was divided into two parts: - Session III.1, October 15th to 16th. Integration between cultural heritage and related sectors, namely environment, tourism, handicrafts and local products.

Protected Areas
From November 12th to 14th in Ohrid, the training course for the Guide-line Protected Areas in the ambit of the Balkans 2 Project was concluded in Macedonia. The fourth module was dedicated to the completion of the final project work which was realized through the close and active collaboration between participants and Italian experts.
