Province of Brindisi. Lab on financial budgeting and statement and on protocols and agreements between partners
The lab to be held to the Province of Brindisi on 23 and 24 February 2012, will focus on the following themes:
Second Lab of the Third Project Phase "Analysis of the Organizational Set-up and Suggestion for Improving"
The lab to be held to the Province of Lecce on 10 May, will aim at understanding with the participants, how much the current organizational set-up of the administration is adequate to the promotion of international activities and to the achievement of the objectives of internationalization identified by the strategic plan.

Study Visit of the Polish Delegation from the Ministry of Government Finance
From September 25th to October 1st in Cagliari, the study visit of the delegation of the Polish Ministry of Government Finance was held. The delegation visited the premises of the Municipality and Province of Cagliari as well as of the Region of Sardinia.

Civil Protection - Croatia - First Module of the Basic Course
The objective of the activities carried out in Croatia is training the Directorate human resources through the exchange of best practices. Activities in Croatia bagan on September 17th. The training proposal foresaw 4 5 day-modules for about 20 participants from the Directorate both at central and local level.

Protected Areas - Project Work Module
From October 22nd to 24th, 2007 the final module of the training course directed to Bosnian PA functionaries involved in the management of Protected Areas was held. The module ""Project Work"" focussed on the finalization of the projects with PCM methods which were drafted and implemented by the participants during the inter-module phases.
Approval of the projects presented to CIM and Diffusion of the Opinions issued by the Technical Evaluation Unit
On November 29th 2006, the Steering and Monitoring Committee of the Support Programme for Regional Cooperation approved the 14 projects presented by the leading regions in the ambit of the Framework Programme Agreement Mediterranean and welcomed the Opinions issued by the Technical Evaluation Unit. The projects approved by the FPA Mediterranean are 8 (and 17 sub-projects).
Protected Areas
On the occasion of the last module of the training course on the management of protected areas in Montenegro, the Project Work which formulated two different ideas of project was completed: the first was for the advantage of the Ministry and regarded the Natura 2000 network; the second concerned the protected area of Lovcen Park.
Cultural Heritage - Session 4. Project Work
Together with the session on Project Work, the training programme of the guide-line Cultural Heritage for the Montenegro Public Administration, has concluded.

Protected areas - Protected Areas Maagement
From November 19th to 23rd in Durazzo (Albania) the final module of the training course was held, on the management of Protected Areas agreed upon with the Albanian Ministry of the Environment, Forests and Administration of Water. The works were opened by Professor Pellumb ABESHI, General Secretary of the Ministry of the Environment, Forests and Administration of Water.

The start-up of the training course on managing Protected Areas has been agreed with the Albanian Ministry of the Environment, Forests and Water Administration for both local administrators and environmental operators.
Cultural Heritage - Improved Efficacy and Sustainability of an Aid Project: The Project Cycle Management (PCM)
The training programme proposed by the guide-line Cultural Heritage of the Balkans 2 project has started in Serbia with the first session dedicated to the Project Cycle Management and aimed to those participants identified by the referents from the Ministries of Culture in the 4 countries of interest (Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia).
